stăteam întinşi în iarbă,
pe păturica subţire a vieţii,
contemplând avid
cum treceau prin faţă
ochilor noştri uimiţi,
cadru după cadru,
proiectate pe'un cer imens,
oameni, animale şi păsări,
în scenarii interconectate,
dar greu descifrabile...

la decoruri
se mai foloseau,
munţi şi mări,
soare şi lună,
la sunete
melodii universale,
iar la efecte speciale,
vânturi, ploi,
fulgere şi tunete
şi tornade.

uneori
pe'un banner invizibil,
puteam descifra
subtitrări virtual explicative,
ce fiecare dintre noi
le înţelegea altfel,
iar filmul nostru
era tot mai indiferent,
tot mai absurd
şi tot mai mut.

către sfârşit,
m-am trezit singur
şi foarte obosit,
muşcat de gângănii
şi de reptile,
pe păturica plină de găuri,
într-un moment
când, pe tarla
părea să fi sosit
vremea cositului...

(the English version)

we were lying in the grass,
on the thin blanket of life,
eagerly contemplating,
stepping through
the front of our amazed eyes ,
frame after frame,
projected over a huge sky,
people, animals and birds,
in interconnected scenarios
hardly to comprehend ...

as scenery
were used as well,
mountains and seas,
a sun and a moon,
as for the sounds
the universal song;
the special effects,
were winds, rain,
lightning and thunder
and tornadoes.

sometimes,
on an invisible banner,
we could decipher
a virtual explanatory subtitling,
which, each of us
were reading differently,
and our film
grew increasingly indifferent,
increasingly absurd,
and frighteningly silent.

toward the end,
I woke up alone
and very tired,
bitten by bugs
and reptiles,
on the blanket full of holes,
at a time
when on the field
seemed to have arrived
the mowing time ..." s+
